Q: What is coaching?
Let’s begin with what it ISN’T: Coaching is not about giving advice or telling clients what to do; rather, it’s about empowering them to find their own solutions and take actionable steps toward their desired outcomes. A coach can help you ask yourself those deeper questions and really understand WHY you’re doing (or not doing) something! Whether you’re looking to make a significant life change or simply want to enhance your current situation, I strongly believe coaching can be a valuable resource on your journey to success.
Q: How is coaching different from therapy?
This is a GREAT question! Indeed therapy and coaching (specially the kind of life coaching I offer) have overlaps with each other. They both help clients get a more clear & real understanding of themselves and their patterns & limiting beliefs. Where they differ is in their focus: Therapy mostly focuses on your present & past; whereas coaching focuses on your present & future! That is why (if at all possible) working with both a therapist and a coach is an IDEAL way to work on oneself; specially for someone with a history of trauma.
Q: Why invest in a coach? Can’t I achieve my goals on my own?
While you absolutely can set and achieve your goals independently (and you most definitely already have done so successfully a few times in your life), investing in a coaching program will make the process more efficient, easy, clear and fulfilling! A coach plays these roles for you: your guide, your accountability partner (when it gets hard / when you hit your usual patterns), your point of focus and clarity (when there’s just too much information & too many things on your plate), a mirror who helps you see, and understand yourself, wants and needs more clearly, a dedicated cheerleader & personal you motivator when going gets (inevitably) hard, a toolkit holder equipping you with curated skills and tools to tackle your specific issue at hand, your guide towards more empowering thoughts and beliefs (very gently) through “reframing” and much more!
Q: What coaching programs are you currently offering?
I currently have 3 main offerings:
1. A “personalized” 12-week program that can be tailored towards your unique goals and needs at the moment.
2. A “physical health” 12-week program more focused on your body’s optimum health & unique lifestyle requirements.
3. A “cleanse” 3-week+ program that helps reset your body and mind by eliminating common stimulants from your diet and including practices to detox your system.
Q: Who can benefit from working with you?
I help high-achieving adults (men, women between the ages of 20 and 50) experience more energy, balance, meaning & joy in their lives.
My programs have helped clients re-design a life for themselves that’s more authentic, aligned and meaningful; enjoy their normal every day with more energy & joy; develop healthy habits, routines and boundaries around sleep, food, work-life, relations and more.
Q: How do I know if your coaching is right for me?
I encourage you to book your 60-minute complementary breakthrough session with me to gain more clarity on your goals and to get a feel for how working with me looks like.
If you enjoy learning, self-development topics, are open to try new tools and practices, curious about yourself (personality, behaviors, mind, body & feelings); you will most likely HAVE A GREAT TIME working with me.
Q: What is a “breakthrough session”?
It’s a free 60-minute virtual meeting you and I will have during which you get powerful insights about your goals and desires and WHY you want them; you will explore what might be slowing you down and gain clarity on what you need to do to achieve your desires! You will also learn a bit about me and how I can help you get closer to what you really, really, really desire!
By the end of the meeting we both will assess if we’re a good fit for each other and if so, set up a start date for your 12-week lasting transformation program!
Q: How can I schedule my breakthrough session with you?

Q: Are there any fees for the breakthrough session with you?
I’m excited to offer the breakthrough session absolutely free of charge!
My hope is that you can take advantage of this offer and gain more insight into what you want and what you need to help you get there!
Q: How should I prepare for my breakthrough session?
I’m glad you asked! It is a really easy and simple process:
1. Make sure you’ve booked your breakthrough session.
2. Fill out and return the intake form; which will be linked in your booking confirmation email.
3. Attend your breakthrough virtual meeting and have some aha’s!
Q: What are the logistics of the breakthrough session?
For your booking to be confirmed, you will need to return your intake form at least 1 hour prior to your session.
You can join via the meeting link in your email. (Google Meet)
Please ensure you’re in a quiet, distraction-free environment and would not be disturbed at least for 1 hour.
Having a pen & paper for jotting down notes is not required, but may be helpful.
Q: What happens during the breakthrough session?
We will join the meeting link (Google Meet, unless we’ve discussed otherwise). I will take a few minutes introducing myself and share my background. Then we will dive into discovering what your goals and desires are in the next 3 months; this will be done through me asking a series of questions designed to give you a chance to dig deep and find out WHAT you really want and WHY. Next, I will ask another series of questions to help you discover what’s been stopping you or slowing you down. Afterwards, I will share with you what you needed to make LASTING TRANSFORMATIONS in your life and I will help you decide on an action item you can start working on to move you in the right direction (whether or not we decide to work together). If I believe I can be the right coach for you, I will then share with you the customized plan I can create for you based on the discoveries we’ve made during the session in order to give you the right system, support and accountability. You can either share your decision with me then, or we will set up a follow up call (in a few days) to discuss the next steps that are most supportive for you.
Q: Should I take notes during the breakthrough session?
Taking notes is not required. But if you find it helps you, feel free to take as much notes as you’d like!
Everyone is different! I encourage you to listen to and honor what YOU need.
Q: I’m not able to start my coaching program right away. Can I still schedule the breakthrough session?
Absolutely! I always try my best to create the most flexible environment for my clients to meet and support them where they are. However, to get the most benefit from the breakthrough session’s aha!s and momentum, I always recommend my clients to keep the gap between the breakthrough and program start date to less than 60 days.
Q: Are you accepting new clients?
Yes, I am currently accepting new clients and would love to support you in your transformation journey. If your desired time slot is not currently available in my calendar, I’ll add you to my waiting list and start your program once your time slot becomes available.
Q: Is it okay if I share your contact information with my circle of connections?
Absolutely! It’s my pleasure to be able to support and help as many individuals as I can and I deeply appreciate your referrals. In return, I love to show my appreciation for your support through special incentives and bonuses to you for your referrals.
Q: What advice do you have for someone considering coaching for the first time?

Q: Can we conduct our sessions in Farsi / English-Farsi?

Most definitely! I am fluent in both Farsi (my mother tongue) and English. If you find it more effective to communicate in Farsi ( or a mix of English-Farsi) I would be happy to provide that for you.
